As a Regional Operations Analyst, you will be focused on executing daily operations in order to drive operational results on fleet availability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across your region. You will have ownership of end-to-end processes that support the achievement of those objectives, ranging from real estate expansion projects and day-to-day property management to ensuring health and safety standards are met and developing a strong network of local partners and suppliers. Reporting directly to the Regional Operations Lead, you will play an essential role in the execution of our operations. You will coordinate closely with regional colleagues and local teams, and your work will have a direct impact on operational performance and business results. What Will You Work On? Background in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics, facilities management, or similar functions Proactive and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to take initiative and solve operational challenges effectively Experience in procurement, supplier management, or similar operational functions is considered a plus Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to support decision-making and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Attention to detail and the ability to follow structured procedures with precision and consistency Collaborative team player, willing to work closely with regional and local teams to achieve common objectives Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to respond effectively to changing circumstances and unforeseen challenges Strong communication skills, capable of building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners Fluency in English is mandatory; German, Italian, and/or French skills are a plus.
