Working Location: Bedok / Kaki Bukit Salary: $2300 - $2600 Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6.30pm Well Established Company IT Industry Job Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound inventory operations, including verifying and tallying incoming stock against relevant documentation Process inventory data and update records in the system Generate delivery orders (DO) and coordinate with appropriate payment modes Handle distribution of virtual goods (e.g. software licenses) Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow: Procurement: resolve stock discrepancies and ensure proper warranty alignment Finance: coordinate required documentation and payment-related matters Sales: supporte stock movement and usage tracking Arrange order fulfilment schedules for in-house drivers Generate and maintain organized logistics report Perform general administrative duties, including documentation and filing
