**This position is contingent upon contract award** SOSi is seeking a Licensing & Contract Administrator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities. Essential Job Duties: Manage enterprise software licenses and technology licensing agreements. Ensure the optimization of service license utilization, coordinating with procurement management to prevent redundancy and cost overruns. Submit the Software Licensing & Compliance Report, detailing license usage, renewal timelines, and compliance with procurement regulations. Maintain a centralized license utilization register to ensure alignment with procurement ceilings, prevent duplicative purchases, and support budget transparency across the IDIQ portfolio. Collaborate with legal, procurement, and technical teams to ensure contract and licensing compliance.
