  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
  • Portfolio of relevant work required. Please upload with your resume and application.
  • Strong visual merchandising experience with a minimum of 4 years developing retail strategies; experience leading direction for large-scale retail environments preferred
  • Passion for visual merchandising and deep understanding of running-its sport, culture, and influence on style and storytelling
  • Collaborative mindset and creative problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability and ability to navigate evolving business needs
  • Comfort building structure and working in ambiguity
  • Knowledge of the retail landscape, including current trends and innovations
  • Experience influencing cross-functional partners and driving change at scale
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with effective influencing and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote; Mac skills preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 4 times per year
