Responsibilities

  • Produce daily reporting to agreed timescales for regulatory Trade & Transaction Reporting. Ensure that all regulatory reporting is performed to the highest quality and in line with the Regulatory Reporting Standards.
  • Develop and maintain Subject Matter Expertise in the following areas of regulatory reporting as defined in the annual goal setting and review process (EMIR, MiFID Trade and Transaction Reporting, SFTR reporting.
  • Independently resolve complex queries from internal and external stakeholders. Present findings effectively and provide solutions to any issues or risks identified.
  • Ensure the process for end-to-end delivery of selected areas of regulatory reporting is robust and controlled. Maintain Operating Model documentation, process, procedure risk and control documentation and KPIs to support.
  • Review policies and new business initiatives to determine impacts on Reporting
  • Strictly adhere to policies & procedures while producing reports and due diligence in completing with highest standards and accuracy.
  • Key proficiencies
  • Strong Financial Industry Experience with focus on Regulatory Reporting
  • Conceptual and Strong understanding of financial instruments
  • Effective team player and Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, Flexibility, adaptability, and strong coordination/collaboration
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite; proficiency in MS Excel is desired

  • 8 years of prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically within regulatory reporting (EMIR/MIFID).
  • For advanced roles: Senior Analyst: 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Specialist: 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of financial industry fundamentals and various asset classes
  • Familiarity with mutual fund structures, investment life cycle, and key market participants
  • Working knowledge of ESG principles and regulatory frameworks including SFTR, MiFID, and EMIR
  • Ability to understand and navigate data flows and system architecture within investment platforms
  • Experience with data integration, reporting tools, and operational workflows
  • Academic requirements

The role is for a Specialist in reporting, competent at analyzing and interpreting reporting requirements and prioritizing a demanding and diverse workload.
