Logistics Coordinator (Immediate / East / Up to $3.6k + AWS + VB)

Responsibilities

• Manage project parts ordering from purchase order issuance through to site delivery
• Negotiate logistics and material costs to achieve cost efficiency
• Monitor shipments and coordinate with factories and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Track inventory movements and ensure timely replenishment of required items
• Coordinate receipt of cargo and delivery of equipment to project sites
• Ensure all customs clearance procedures are completed accurately and on time
• Handle inbound shipments and manage marine insurance processes
• Liaise with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth and timely customs clearance
• Review logistics processes and propose cost-saving improvements
• Manage shipment documentation and related administrative tasks
• Implement cost-reduction measures across warehouse and logistics activities
• Prepare monthly reports and perform ad-hoc cost analysis

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipment coordination, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Forklift License is an added advantage
• Able to commence work within short notice is an added advantage
