About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Installations Plans, Programs, and Readiness Integrator at Naval Support Activity Bethesda. The incumbent serves as the Senior Civilian and primary advisor to the Installation Commanding Officer, XO, and Command Master Chief on matters of Installation Base Operating Support, Shore Installation Management, and installation program management readiness integration. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing comprehensive plans, strategies and policies that drive internal and external integration of programs and activities in support of higher echelon goals and objectives; 2) Integrating short-term and long-range planning and execution of installation programs, financial, manpower readiness, operations and program performance; 3) Analyzing program performance data to make recommendations for improvement; and 4) Applying fact-finding and work measurement techniques, data collection, and analysis to conduct studies.
