About the role

Responsibilities
- Maintain Essential Utilities (25%): Oversee 24/7 black utilities (steam, chilled water, clean gases, and water systems) to keep production running without a hitch.
- Manage Cleanrooms & HVAC (25%): Drive the smooth operation of climate control systems and handle technical checks for cleanroom spaces.
- Oversee Site Services (20%): Partner with external vendors to keep the entire facility clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Lead and Improve (30%): Supervise shift technicians, update maintenance plans, and lead investigations to find out why equipment failed so we can make it better.
- What makes you a great candidate?
- You have an Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical) and 8+ years in utility operations. Candidates with lesser years of experience will be considered for the none senior role.
- You have spent at least 3 years working on green or sustainability engineering projects.
- You understand the basics of pharmaceutical manufacturing guidelines (cGMP, HSA, FDA) and enjoy utilizing automated systems (BMS/SAP).
- Having an SCEM or Boiler certificate is a massive advantage!
- You are comfortable with standby duties to help the team out during unexpected breakdowns.
- You have prior background in a regulated plant environment (Pharma/Chemical/Oil & Gas) is strongly preferred.
