Responsibilities

  • a) Corporate Communications & Public Engagement
  • Develop and manage public-facing communications aligned with the organisation's mission, values, and strategic direction

  • Support the organisation in leveraging digital tools and platforms to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts

  • Plan and manage content across the organisation's social media platforms
  • Develop meaningful and engaging content including stories, visuals, campaign materials, and programme highlights
  • Ensure responsible and sensitive representation of beneficiaries, volunteers, and community partners
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and design requirements for communications materials and campaigns
  • d) Publications & Branding
  • Support the development of annual reports, newsletters, publications, presentation materials, and publicity collateral
  • Ensure consistency in organisational branding, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
  • Work closely with programme teams to gather stories, programme updates, and impact narratives
  • e) Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand programmes and translate operational information into public-facing communications
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including partners, vendors, designers, printers, and media contacts where necessary
  • Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives where required
  • f) Other Responsibilities
  • Support organisational events and outreach activities when required
  • Undertake other duties assigned by the General Manager in support of organisational communications and engagement goals
