Responsibilities
- a) Corporate Communications & Public Engagement
- Develop and manage public-facing communications aligned with the organisation's mission, values, and strategic direction
- Draft, edit, and review organisational write-ups, articles, speeches, reports, and stakeholder communications

- Plan and manage content across the organisation's social media platforms
- Develop meaningful and engaging content including stories, visuals, campaign materials, and programme highlights
- Ensure responsible and sensitive representation of beneficiaries, volunteers, and community partners
- Coordinate photography, videography, and design requirements for communications materials and campaigns
- d) Publications & Branding
- Support the development of annual reports, newsletters, publications, presentation materials, and publicity collateral
- Ensure consistency in organisational branding, messaging, and visual identity across platforms
- Work closely with programme teams to gather stories, programme updates, and impact narratives
- e) Stakeholder & Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams to understand programmes and translate operational information into public-facing communications
- Liaise with external stakeholders including partners, vendors, designers, printers, and media contacts where necessary
- Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives where required
- f) Other Responsibilities
- Support organisational events and outreach activities when required
- Undertake other duties assigned by the General Manager in support of organisational communications and engagement goals
