Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day in this role:
  • Lead your team in guiding complex negotiations and structuring deals with key retail partners, elevating deal quality and ensuring strong commercial terms that benefit both Wolt and our partners.
  • Coach and support your team in building and maintaining robust, strategic relationships with enterprise supermarket partners, ensuring they understand partner needs and identify opportunities for account expansion and growth.

  • Direct collaborative marketing initiatives together with retail partners, leveraging your team to plan and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive sales, increase customer awareness, and strengthen partnerships.
  • Lead data-informed decision-making across your team using dashboards, spreadsheets, and BI tools (Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker) to monitor KPIs, forecast performance, and steer strategic priorities.
  • Set clear KPIs and performance targets for your team, provide regular coaching and feedback on performance, and hold the team accountable for delivering results and meeting commercial metrics (GOV, revenue growth, partner satisfaction).
  • Own and strategically manage the portfolio of enterprise and tier 1 retail partners, personally leading quarterly business reviews and strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders while your team manages day-to-day operational touchpoints.
  • Build and establish best practice account management processes and frameworks that ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across your team's work with all partners.
  • Develop and mentor your team members, providing regular feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and preparing them for increased responsibility and career progression.
  • Create a positive, high-performing work environment that enables your team to thrive, grow, and deliver exceptional service to our retail partners.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating Wolt values, behaviors, and commitment to partner success, setting the tone for how your team engages with partners and cross-functional teams.

  • 2+ years of proven people leadership as a team lead or supervisor. You set goals, coach performance, and hold the team accountable for results.
  • 3-5 years of solid experience in enterprise account management (retail, FMCG, delivery, marketplace, supermarkets, or distribution).
  • Strong negotiator who can guide complex deals and elevate deal quality across the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and deliver measurable KPI improvements (GOV, commercial metrics, revenue growth).
  • Analytical and structured. Comfortable using dashboards and spreadsheets to steer priorities and decisions.
  • Proficiency with tools: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Power BI, and/or Looker.
  • Excellent relationship builder who collaborates across Marketing, Operations, and Support to deliver outcomes.
