Where leadership development needs arise, you'll connect stakeholders to tailored solutions such as coaching, facilitation, or bespoke programs as a complementary layer of support. They must quickly get up to speed on CS-specific tenets, goals, programs, policies, and businesses, becoming a subject matter expert on the CS business.
