About the role

Production Technician Role and Responsibilities Maintains safety standards at all times, initiates and follows emergency procedures Monitors and operates facility equipment, including field equipment ensuring quality and conformance with standard operating procedures to meet business targets Collects, validates and records accurate production data into the relevant data system Resolves problems encountered in keeping the area on target with team members Participates in Shift-to-Shift hand over to enable consistent communication across the shifts Performs equipment care utilizing appropriate policies, procedures and schedules Documents relevant troubleshooting information on production, equipment and system performance issues and applies Root Cause Analysis (RCA) accordingly Generates 'Model Work Request' for equipment repairs with all needed information Prepares equipment and work permits for maintenance activities Applies own competencies to capture and implement improvement ideas Education and Experience Diploma/Bachelors/master's degree in agriculture or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
