Program Finance Analyst

Requirements

• own the financial health of assigned government contracts from award to closeout, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
• partner with program managers to forecast, budget, and track performance across multiple contract types (cpff, t&m, ffp).

To be successful in this role you will have: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (advanced degree or CPA/CFA a plus). - At least 5 years of program finance experience in a government contracting environment. - Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and revenue recognition principles. - Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems like Deltek Costpoint. - A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
