Responsibilities

• Deliver facial and skin treatments based on clients' specific needs to improve skin health and satisfaction
• Schedule client appointments efficiently to optimize daily workflow and client convenience
• Accurately enter client information into data systems to maintain up-to-date records
• Maintain organized and complete client files to support treatment continuity and compliance
• Conduct pre-treatment and post-treatment consultations to assess client conditions and provide care guidance
• Respond promptly and professionally to client queries to address their needs and enhance their experience
• Recommend and promote retail products or additional services to support client skin care goals and business growth
• Perform stock taking to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely replenishment
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of treatment rooms to provide a safe and welcoming environment
• Complete additional administrative tasks as required to support clinic operations
