Finance Accountant

About the role

We're looking for a (Senior) Financial Accountant to own the numbers at Twentyfour Industries clean, precise, and battle-ready. You'll take command of our accounting function and make sure our books are as tight as our flight operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll build the financial infrastructure that keeps the entire organisation mission-capable as we scale Monthly, quarterly & annual closings, You own the full closing cycle under GAAP, end-to-end, no gaps Financial statements & group reporting, You prepare individual financial statements and support consolidated group reporting Payment runs & reconciliations, You manage payment runs, invoice processing, and reconciliations across internal systems and external partners Tax advisors & auditors, You're the primary contact for external tax advisors, incoming auditors, and financial service providers Processes & systems, You build, document, and continuously improve scalable accounting processes and own clean data flow in the ERP 3-5 years of experience in accounting: ideally in a startup, scale-up, or Big4 environment HGBexpertise: proventrack recordpreparing annual financial statements; IFRS knowledge is a real asset ERP ownership: you take responsibility for the bookkeeping inside the system, not just as a user Startup mindset: you understand what it means when structures are still being built, and you actively build them Direct communication: you ask thehard questionswhen needed and enforce guidelines without hesitation Languages: German at native level, English confident in writing and spoken Business Central: hands -on ERP experienceis a clearadvantage Group consolidation : exposuretocontinuousconsolidationor Swiss / LUX GAAP First audit experience: you'vebeen on either side of a company's first or early audit process Real impact & ownership : Shape high-tech defense systems and take responsibility from day one Mission- driven environment : Work on technologies that matter for European security and sovereignty Competitive package: Competitive salary, EGYM Wellpass , corporate benefits, and equity options aligned with role and level Deep tech environment : Get hands -on experience with cutting-edge drone technology and real operational use cases Grow fast: Steep learning curve for juniors , strategic influence and leadership opportunities for seniors Startup mindset meets defence innovation : flat hierarchies , fast decisions , and space for your ideas .
