In this role, you will serve as a HR Business Partner to the Global High Tech (GHT) in Singapore. You will provide end-to-end HR partnership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enabling business leaders to build and sustain a high-performing, future-ready workforce. As a member of the Singapore HR team, you will work closely with business leaders and regional HR stakeholders to drive talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle - from workforce planning and talent acquisition to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and capability development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, agile HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed organization and brings strong business acumen, execution discipline, and stakeholder partnership. Experience within a new start-up business division, high-tech manufacturing industries, data centers and micro-electronics, semiconductors or advanced manufacturing is highly preferred. Strategic HR Business Partnering Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders within the GHT segment as assigned Align HR strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and operational needs Provide guidance on organization design, workforce planning, and capability building Drive people strategies to support business transformation and expansion in SEA Market. End-to-End Talent Management Lead the full talent lifecycle, including interview and selection, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention Partner with leaders to build strong succession pipelines and leadership bench strength Support performance and talent review processes, ensuring differentiation and development actions Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Partner closely with our Talent Acquisition teams to deliver on hiring plans Provide market insights and talent strategies for niche and high-demand roles within GHT In critical hires, actively support or lead recruitment efforts end-to-end Employee Engagement & Culture Drive engagement initiatives and action planning based on employee feedback (e.g. engagement surveys) Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned with company values Influence and support leaders in managing employee relations matters with sound judgment and compliance Organizational Effectiveness & Change Management Support organizational design, restructuring, and change initiatives Lead or contribute to key HR projects and regional initiatives Ensure smooth execution of HR programs and processes in a complex, matrixed environment HR Governance & Compliance Working closely with Singapore HR team, ensuring HR practices comply with local regulations (Singapore/MOM requirements) and company policies Partner with HR COEs (Compensation, TA, T&OD) to deliver consistent and compliant HR solutions
