Raise awareness of healthy lifestyle to the workers. Conduct face-to-face or phone coaching, either in a group or individually. Responsible for coordinating and executing coaching in the malls and hawker centres. Support onsite team in day-to-day operational matters (eg. ensuring forms are duly signed, end-day report writing on site observations, etc) Be a role model and able to lead teams to ensure that the staff onsite understand the instructions given and behave in a professional manner. Managing vendors, if assigned. Assist Reporting Officer with any other ad-hoc duties.
