About the role
Opportunity Overview We are seeking an experienced academic and practitioner within the context of Costume Design. You will have experience of working with productions through theatre, public events, festivals, film or television. The role includes undertaking research, teaching, and assessment, in addition to providing academic and pastoral support for students. The programme has significant links with media, theatre, and events organisations across the North West. Students have completed placements with BBC, ITV and well know theatres across the region. Key Responsibilities Design teaching materials and deliver either across a range of modules or within a subject area. Supervise student projects, including, where appropriate, field trips, placements, and postgraduate projects. Identify areas where current provision is in need of revision or enhancement. Undertake individual or collaborative research projects of relevance to the School/University.
