Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day team operations, including onboarding, offboarding, headcount tracking, and organizational updates

  • Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of administrative, operations, or business support experience within a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for employees or large teams
  • Experience coordinating team events, meetings, morale activities, or offsites
  • Experience managing equipment, inventory, hardware requests, or workplace operations
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment
  • Experience supporting large teams or organizations with multiple stakeholders

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a large enterprise or technology-focused environment
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or high-volume operational teams
  • Familiarity with employee data systems, headcount management, or HR reporting tools
  • Experience with procurement, travel coordination, expense management, or budget tracking
  • Experience working in fast-paced, highly matrixed organizations
  • Previous experience supporting engineering, infrastructure, security, or cloud-based teams is a plus
  • Prior experience with enterprise onboarding/offboarding processes and operational coordination preferred

In This Role As an Administrative Assistant II, you will provide operational and administrative support to a large, fast-paced team environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining day-to-day team functions, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, supporting events and morale initiatives, and helping drive organizational efficiency.
