• Extensive knowledge of ERISA rules and requirements

• Prior experience working in an agile or scrum framework
• This role will be based in either the New York City, Austin, or Scottsdale office, and will be part of Vestwell's hybrid in-office operation.

To learn more, visit vestwell.com Who Are We Looking For? The Program Management team exists to drive tactical efficiency while always keeping the big picture in mind. Members of the Program Management team are the connective tissue between the client-facing front end and the operational backend. We use data to identify the initiatives that will have the largest impacts, and manage our roadmap accordingly. We strive to ensure that Vestwell's operational teams have the tools they need to provide an exceptional experience for partners and clients while working within optimized, repeatable processes that create scalable and predictable timelines. When we're successful, it allows for proper expectation setting for our clients and reliable revenue recognition for the business. What Will You Be Doing? Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, service, compliance) to analyze and document how new products and opportunities will impact operational processes and the systems involved. Take that analysis and turn it into actionable requirements that can be handed over to the teams tasked with building and/or implementation. Assist in the managing and updating of a long-term solution roadmap, and contributing to prioritization of the initiatives on the roadmap. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes as updates are made. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, inefficiencies, and prioritization.
