Proven background in designing complex SAP C4C landscapes with strong integration components. Strong knowledge of SAP CPI capabilities and related integration frameworks. Understanding of S/4HANA processes and data models relevant to customer engagement scenarios. Hands-on experience with OData services. Practical experience with system configuration, data migration, and performance optimization. Ability to produce architecture documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration designs. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills. Fluent English language proficiency.
