About the role
The Talent Acquisition Innovation team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Talent Acquisition Digital Services with strong expertise at the intersection of Talent Acquisition processes, HR technology and digital transformation. We are looking for a techno-functional HR professional who can work in complex global environments, partner with cross-functional stakeholders and help deliver scalable digital solutions that enhance Talent Acquisition operations and the broader candidate-to-employee journey. This role will work closely with Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, HR Operations, IT teams and business stakeholders to support transformation initiatives, optimize Talent Acquisition technologies and drive continuous improvement across Talent Acquisition systems, workflows and processes.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and IT stakeholders to gather, Analyze and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, translating Talent Acquisition needs into effective, scalable system solutions.
- Support enhancements and ongoing optimization of the Talent Acquisition recruiting tech stack.
- Analyze and improve processes across the recruit-to-hire lifecycle and the onboarding journey, including coordination across systems.
- Contribute to end-to-end delivery of TA digital projects, including requirements gathering, solution design support, testing, user acceptance validation, deployment readiness, and change management.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance and Learning to ensure alignment across interconnected workstreams.
- Evaluate process gaps, system issues, and enhancement opportunities, and recommend practical, value-driven improvements.
- Assist in building business cases, process documentation, reporting frameworks, and ROI/value assessments for HR digital initiatives.
- Support compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to data privacy and security requirements.
- Contribute to analytics and reporting initiatives that help measure Talent Acquisition performance and platform effectiveness.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, automation, and digital innovation within Talent Acquisition and HR technology.
- About You:
- 5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, HRIS Analyst, or similar role supporting Talent Acquisition operations, HR technology, or digital transformation initiatives in large, global organizations.
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition processes, including candidate management, interview workflows, offer processes, onboarding touchpoints, integrations, and data flows.
- Preferred experience working with enterprise Talent Acquisition technologies.
- Strong techno-functional capability, with the ability to understand business processes while also working closely with systems, configuration logic and technical teams.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, testing, stakeholder management, and solution delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience supporting global teams and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition analytics, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
