Responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design detailing between clients and consultants to ensure alignment and project progress

- Coordinate submission and status updates of architectural drawings, samples, mock-ups, and materials while supervising work progress
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors and conduct routine inspections of installed works
- Prepare and coordinate Quality Management (QM) and CONQUAS assessments to ensure compliance
- Compile and hand over architectural documentation including as-built drawing submissions
- Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience, preferably with CONQUAS/QM experience on PPVC or PBU projects
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and identify discrepancies
- Awareness of requirements of relevant authorities such as BCA
- Good team collaboration skills
- Completion of QM project and registration as Core-trade Foreman/Supervisor is an added advantage
