Responsibilities

  • Serve as a backup point of contact for member inquiries, providing clear and accurate information regarding membership benefits, status, and processes.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members regarding renewals, account updates, and follow-ups to support retention and engagement.
  • Track upcoming membership renewals and assist with renewal and payment processing when applicable.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, customer service , or office experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience working with CRM or membership databases.
  • Experience in a non-profit, association, or member-based organization.
