Marketing & Content Assistant (Central)

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured reviews of webpages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established guidelines
• Identify issues such as outdated content, broken links, formatting inconsistencies, and usability gaps
• Manage and update website content through a Content Management System (CMS)
• Create and publish webpages following established workflows and governance standards
• Ensure content is clear, consistent, and user-friendly
• Apply basic SEO and accessibility practices to improve content discoverability
• Review page structure, metadata, and layout for optimisation opportunities
• Perform regular checks to ensure content integrity and functionality
• Work with internal teams to verify content and coordinate updates
• Maintain records of updates, audits, and changes
• About you
• Diploma in qualification and 1 year of relevant experience in digital communications, marketing, content management, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review content systematically
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) or digital publishing tools
• Basic understanding of website structure, SEO, and accessibility principles

Additional Information

Location: One-north Contract: 1 year Salary: $2,800 - $3,200 This role involves conducting structured reviews of webpages to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with established guidelines.
