RESPONSIBILITIES Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision. Conduct patient consultations to understand goals, provide expert recommendations, and build customized treatment plans. Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all phases of treatment. Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal's support team to enhance the patient experience and practice performance. Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging surgical techniques. Uphold the clinic's reputation and represent the clinic's values of excellence, transparency, and innovation. Board Certification in Plastic Surgery. Active and unrestricted Swedish medical license Demonstrated experience with cosmetic surgical procedures. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships. Willingness and ability to live and work or relocate to Southern Sweden area.
