• Are passionate about designing and building high-quality software
• Have strong backend skills and are comfortable with frontend, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Understand what good code looks like and help others maintain high standards
• Have experience with cloud-based, event-driven systems
• Enjoy solving complex problems
• Experience with C# and .NET platform
• Solid experience with relational databases
• Exposure to at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or similar)
• Exposure to legacy technology (WCF)
• Test automation experience
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL data stores
• Familiarity with messaging and event-driven architecture
• PostgreSQL, Kafka, Azure, AWS, Terraform, or similar technologies
• Systems engineering and automation experience
• Open-source contributions or personal coding projects
