Housing Manager (inspector)

About the role

You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGER (INSPECTOR) in the FLEET, FAMILY HOUSING DEPARTMENT (N93) of NAVAL STA NT RI. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1)Experience planning, organizing and performing work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of Public Private Venture housing; 2)Experience applying knowledge of housing policies and administrative practices and procedures related to budgeting, inspections, and coordinating operations of Public Private Venture housing assets; 3)Using office automation equipment and various web based property management data bases or similar systems; and 4)Experience preparing reports and analysis to brief various levels of higher level officials, both orally and in writing on Public Private Venture issues and recommendations.
