Restaurant Assistant Manager

Requirements

• Versatile team player and trained in handling guest enquiries, feedback and service recovery
• Wine knowledge (WSET L2 or equivalent)
• Trained in high service quality and standards
• Experience in managing restaurant inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)
• Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and payment systems
• Languages: strong command of spoken and written English.
• Other skills: report-writing, professional communication via e-mails and in-person
• previous Assistant Manager / Junior Supervisor role in reputable hotel or fine-dining establishments, at least 2 years
• At least 4 years of total Front of House experience in F&B
