Discover more at www.asteralabs.com . Astera Labs is looking for a motivated HR Systems & Program Management Intern to help bring the Manager Playbook to life on our employee-facing HR Hub portal. As a leader in AI infrastructure connectivity, we're scaling rapidly - and our People team is building the systems and tools that support 600+ employees worldwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact internship at the intersection of HR and technology. You'll work directly with the HR and IT teams to coordinate the integration of the Manager Playbook into our employee portal, support the technical handoff of our HR Hub prototype, and help establish the content workflows that keep it running after launch. This isn't a passive support role - you'll own workstreams, drive coordination, and see your work go live. Astera Labs operates across 15+ locations globally - including San Jose, Vancouver, Toronto, Taipei, Shanghai, Singapore, Haifa, Tel Aviv, Bengaluru, Aachen, and more. The Manager Playbook and HR Hub need to work for all of them. That means thinking through how content is structured, accessed, and maintained across regions, time zones, and varying employee experiences. You'll help ensure the portal isn't built for one audience - it's built for everyone. If you're someone who loves both organizing complex projects and thinking about how systems scale across a global workforce, this is the role for you.
