Subject Matter Expert - Consultant, International TVET Systems & Quality Assurance (Bangladesh)

About the role

Reporting to the Academic Chair, you collaborate in the coordination of part-time (evening, weekend, and online asynchronous) programs and courses in the School of Business. You are expected to demonstrate creativity and vision in executing program initiatives while supporting their profitability. You provide leadership, training, and coaching to approximately 120 adjunct faculty to ensure successful program execution in terms of student success, pedagogical best practices, and SAIT quality standards. In collaboration with staff and faculty, you provide project management and instructional design planning and support for online and part-time deliveries, building and maintaining strong, productive internal SAIT relationships. You liaise with students, staff, and faculty and participate in a variety of public-facing events and activities. The demands of this position include flexibility combined with strong communication, team building, conflict resolution, and project management skills. Requirements

• Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in education, post-secondary leadership, quality assurance, curriculum studies, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in post-secondary, polytechnic, or TVET environments
• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, program review, academic governance, or assessment integrity
• Strong experience analyzing policies, standards, and operational systems
• Strong writing and synthesis skills for executive and technical audiences
• Experience participating in audits, reviews, accreditation, or institutional improvement initiatives
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in international education, international development, and institutional capacity-building
• Experience in competency-based education or skills-based training
• Experience in low- and middle-income-country education or workforce development contexts
• Familiarity with TVET quality standards and applied / hands-on training environments
