  • Support year-end reporting and required filings

  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Human Resources administration
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
