Responsibilities
- Reporting into the Manager, Executive Administration, the Executive Assistant's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordination of the President and the COO's calendars for work related to the operational day-to-day activities of our ever changing, venture creation company.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel plans including managing expense reporting and reimbursements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 7 - 10 years of experience providing administrative support to C-suite executives.

- Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail with the ability to shift focus and priorities, when necessary, under pressure and within deadlines.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; strong ability to inform and engage through written communications.

- Professional, positive manner, with experience in a role requiring a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; ability to follow-through and close loops.
- Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit to accommodate high level of responsibility and multiple priorities. Energetic, enthusiastic, can-do attitude, and interested in learning within a fast-paced, fast-growth organization.

Position Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to partner and support to two executives, the President and the COO of our Flagship Labs organization. The ideal candidate will leverage their broad range of skills with a high degree of professionalism and discretion in handling a wide variety of comprehensive responsibilities. They must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills to effectively independently manage administrative tasks. We require the ability to proactively build organizational knowledge and relationships and think critically and creatively to support problem-solving and ensure strong communication flow and follow-through. This person will be expected to work from our Cambridge office five (5) days a week.
