About the role

The Product Management Manager is responsible for driving the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products that support organisational goals and user needs. This cross functional role oversees product planning, roadmap management, stakeholder engagement, and product delivery, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical,user-centric, and outcome driven solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners, the Product Management Manager ensures digital products are delivered efficiently, achieve high levels of adoption and usability, comply with governance and security requirements, and contribute to the organisation's digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business objectives, user needs, and organizational priorities. Gather, analyze, and translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements for successful product delivery. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring development activities are aligned with strategic goals, stakeholder expectations, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to plan, develop, test, and implement digital products and enhancements. Oversee product implementation, user acceptance testing, deployment, and change management activities to ensure successful delivery and adoption of digital solutions. Monitor product performance, user feedback, and key performance indicators, identifying opportunities to enhance usability, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating business processes, recommending product enhancements, and supporting the organization's digital transformation objectives. Ensure digital products comply with organizational governance standards, cybersecurity requirements, data governance policies, and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requirements. Develop and maintain product documentation, operating procedures, training materials, and performance reports to support product governance and user adoption. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage product delivery, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Perform other related tasks as when required. Job Requirements: A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, IT, Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or a related technology role, with experience managing digital products throughout their lifecycle. Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and translating business and user requirements into product solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Strong experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, and cross functional product delivery using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Demonstrated ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners to deliver digital products and technology initiatives successfully. Good understanding of business process improvement, user experience principles, and digital platforms to support operational efficiency and product adoption. Familiarity with product management, collaboration, and project delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Confluence, or equivalent platforms. Good understanding of data governance, cybersecurity principles, and regulatory requirements, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), with the ability to incorporate governance and compliance considerations into product delivery. Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision making and manage competing priorities effectively.
