Grade Level (for internal use): 07 The Team: The Agent Services team operates as a dedicated Syndicated Loans Agency operations team for our client base, meticulously performing all operational tasks to support both borrowers and lenders. This position offers significant exposure to both the private and broadly syndicated sides of the lending market, encompassing diverse financial instruments and lending structures . - Executing the operational requirements essential for managing the lifecycle events of syndicated loans . - Interpreting underlying legal documents to ensure deals and their members are managed in strict compliance with terms . - Responding to client, borrower, and lender queries in a timely and professional manner . - Conducting financial analysis of deals to ensure the accuracy of accruals and pricing mechanisms . - Managing outstanding work items in alignment with expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . - Ensuring a consistently high level of accuracy to minimize operational risk within the lending portfolio . - All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week . Compensation/Benefits Information: S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $A to $Z. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications . In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan . This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits .
Requirements
- Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 2+ years of experience in syndicated loans operations or a related financial services role Inferred based on Grade 8 foundational level of applying skills/knowledge to defined output and ability to determine a course of action based on clear guidelines ].
- Demonstrated banking or investment industry experience .
- Proven customer relations experience within a financial context .
