Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned PEO clients and retail brokers, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits, with at least 3 years in a PEO-focused role or working directly with PEOs.
- Strong knowledge of PEO operating models, benefits administration, and regulatory environments.
- Experience working in a wholesale brokerage or employee benefits MGA is highly preferred.
- Proficient in benefits quoting tools, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
