- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded and adaptable to developing applications across different business functions and operational needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Information
Role Overview This will be the first in-house software engineering lead to design, develop, and maintain internal business applications across the group. The initial focus will be building a MVP for ticketing system, with future projects spanning automation tools, operational systems, dashboards, and other custom business applications. We are looking for a hands-on full stack developer who is adaptable, product-minded, and comfortable working across different business domains and evolving requirements.
