Job Description: The Educational Training & Development Department provides clinical and non-clinical education, professional development, leadership development, and community education across the organization. Director, Training and Development Job Requirements: This position provides leadership for the function of staff education through direct supervision, planning, consultation, and teaching. Assures that Leadership training is consistent with the strategic directions of the facility and the organization. Collaborates with internal experts to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information to the staff. Utilizes a variety of methodologies to accomplish mandatory education. Job Requirements: Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Education, Hospital Administration, or other health related field Current KY RN License Three (3) years' healthcare teaching experience and program development in healthcare field Minimum five (5) years' health care experience Trained in Adult Education Principles
