Job Description: RGA Enterprise Services Company seeks multiple Senior Assistant Actuaries to support valuation and financial reporting for the EMEA region. The position is based out of the headquarters in Chesterfield, MO; 100% telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining actuarial models, revising assumptions, and preparing Statutory, Tax, and US GAAP financial reports. The position involves analyzing financial results and variances, leading projects to improve valuation processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls (SOX). The role also includes preparing financial projections, documenting results, and supporting internal and external audits. RGA's compensation package includes an annual bonus plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits. The compensation range noted below indicates that the base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. For this particular position, the offered salary is $131,872.00 and is non-negotiable.
