Senior Manager/Assistant Vice President, Credit Approval (Mortgage Loan)

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Minimum 8-10 years credit experience in retail lending with approval authority;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Self motivated and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• (Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager)

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and process credit applications according to Bank's credit policies and lending guidelines; Responsible for review, approve and make recommendation on retail loan applications; Liaise with related parties in ensuring the exercise of prudent credit evaluation and timely assessment of all loan applications; Provide support in conducting regular credit review and external customer contacts; Assist team head to update application / approval procedures and guidelines for retail products; Review and streamline the approval process; Co-ordinate and arrange administration tasks and ensure the deliverable.
