- Proven experience in risk and control, operational risk, or control frameworks at Senior Manager level or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of EWRM, RCSA, and risk & control reporting within a regulated environment
- Ability to analyse complex risk and control data and translate it into clear, actionable management insight
- Track record of implementing and embedding risk or control frameworks, including governance and toolkit requirements
- Experience working with and influencing senior leaders, providing credible challenge and driving accountability
- Strong understanding of governance processes and regulatory expectations, with experience coordinating responses or assurance activity
