Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and ad hoc driver deployment to meet operational requirements efficiently
• Update operational systems with accurate and timely information to support workflow tracking
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high service quality
• Collaborate with relevant departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide clear instructions and oversee resource and manpower deployment on the ground to maintain operational control and efficiency
• Manage work schedules including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts to ensure continuous service coverage
• Required competencies and certifications
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Demonstrate diligence, willingness to learn, and teamwork to contribute positively to the team
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility to uphold operational standards
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts (5.5 day work week)
