Order Fulfilment Contacts Agent - Remote

About the role

The Order Fulfilment Department currently has a vacancy for a Contact Agent reporting to the Fulfilment Team Manager, who will be responsible for maintaining smooth and efficient processes while providing outstanding customer service. This position requires someone who values strong working relationships with customers and suppliers and can intuitively identify and respond to customer needs before they arise. Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Customer focused - Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure & manage several priorities at a time Good communicator Being courteous and professional at all times Ability to up-skill and learn independently Ability to work independently and in a team Grade 12 At least 2-3 years' experience in a Customer Service/Call Centre environment Strong customer service skills Strong telephone etiquette Live Chat MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) experience will be advantageous Ideal requirements - ISP experience will be advantageous - Being tech savvy is not a must, but it will definitely be an advantage We are a Fully Remote work environment o That's right!
