The day will be split into two key functions: Cold Calling : Engaging potential leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments. Administrative Support : Handling CRM updates, email correspondence, document preparation, and other office-related tasks. 🛠 Responsibilities Cold Calling & Lead Generation Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers, buyers, or investors Follow scripts and objection-handling techniques effectively Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM Administrative Tasks Manage and update client databases and property listings Prepare contracts, forms, and other real estate documents Coordinate with agents, clients, and vendors as needed Handle email communication and follow-ups Assist with marketing tasks such as social media posting or flyer creation ✅ Qualifications Proven experience in real estate cold calling or telemarketing Strong understanding of real estate terminology and processes Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Podio, Zoho, Salesforce) Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment 💬 Preferred Skills Familiarity with U.S. real estate market trends Experience with lead generation tools (e.g., Mojo Dialer, CallTools) Basic graphic design or social media management is a plus
