Responsibilities

- Manage social media channels, including content planning, creation, publishing, and performance monitoring.
- Create engaging content to increase awareness and participation in programmes and initiatives.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics and recommend strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Media Relations & Content Development
- Draft communication materials including media advisories, press releases, speeches, briefing notes, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling content and publications.
- Support media monitoring, publicity opportunities, and communications responses when required.
- Branding, Marketing & Outreach
- Support branding and marketing initiatives through the development of communication collateral, videos, photography, and digital assets.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across communication materials.
- Identify opportunities to amplify campaigns through various communication channels.
- Programme & Event Management
- Coordinate and support the implementation of programmes, outreach initiatives, and community engagement activities.
- Manage event logistics, participant registration, attendance tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Grant Administration, Budget & Reporting
- Administer programme grants and funding-related processes, ensuring timely submissions and reporting.
- Consolidate programme progress reports and track deliverables.
- Support budget monitoring, invoice verification, procurement coordination, and financial administration.
- Ensure compliance with established governance and administrative procedures.
- Must-Have Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, programme management, or community outreach.
- Comfortable managing administrative processes, grant administration, budget tracking, and reporting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Additional Information
Location: Jalan Besar MRT Salary: $22/hr Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM-6PM Contract : 6 months
