Corporate Secretarial & Administrative Executive Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for a full spectrum of corporate secretarial work for a portfolio of companies Prepare and lodge documents with ACRA, IRAS and other statutory boards Liaise and advise clients on company incorporations, company statutory administration, including preparation of resolutions and related matters Perform customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring) Prepare and submit Annual Return for local companies Preparation of XBRL Report Familiarity with offshore companies incorporation and administration Maintain a well-organized filing system in order to enable efficient retrieval of information and documents to clients Assist in administrative duties Any other relevant duties as assigned by manager
