About the role
Job Description - Develop and implement a quality testing plan for the production of machine sub-modules - Manage the qualification of new and existing suppliers/input materials - Develop robust reliability tests to determine the durability of machines - Lead and supervise a team of technicians to conduct quality check processes - Work closely with the engineering team to improve product quality based on testing results - Define engineering design document storage, versioning and change management process - Define stringent quality control guidelines for engineering team for the deployment of new features/functions - Develop a quality checklist for the machine in terms of safety, ergonomics and, user-friendliness - Develop exceptional handling test cases to ensure the robustness of the system during alternative scenarios Requirement: - Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical). - Fresh graduate are welcome - Knowledge in quality management e.g. 8D Problem Solving Methodology, PFMEA, Statistical Process Control (SPC), Lean Six Sigma - Strong leadership and communication skills - Meticulous, detailed and systematic Independent, proactive and resourceful team player
