About the Program Our 1-year Graduate Leadership Program is designed to accelerate your career through a combination of: Structured on the job learning and formal training Cross-functional job rotations Real-world business exposure Leadership mentoring by senior management You will gain valuable experience across key business areas and be prepared for future roles in: Key Account Management Business Development Other front-line commercial roles Business Units Trainees will be assigned to one of the following business units: Connectivity & Products (C&P) Health & Nutrition (H&N) Industrial & Environmental (I&E) Natural Resources (NR) Mentorship Mentor: Country Managing Director Co-Mentor: Respective Division Head Who We Are Looking For Fresh graduates with a Degree, Master's, or PhD in Business Administration, Science, Engineering or equivalent with a strong academic record (CGPA 3.5+).
