About the role

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Talent Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top clinicians across all licensure levels - therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists - across multiple states. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, building pipelines and running a data-driven process from sourcing to offer, while partnering with our Clinical Operations team. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of mental-health licensure pathways, understands the nuances of recruiting clinical professionals, and brings a proven track record in healthcare recruitment. Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for mental health professionals including therapists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels including professional networks, licensing boards, specialty associations, job boards, social media, and referral programs
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates across all licensure levels
• Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical qualifications, licensing status, and cultural fit
• Stakeholder Management
• Partner closely with clinical leadership and COO to understand specific role requirements by state and licensure level
• Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, market insights, and hiring progress
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
• Coordinate interview processes with clinical and leadership teams
• Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Stay current on mental health licensing requirements across relevant states
• Monitor industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscape
