Director, Account Managment

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
• Collaborates across the team to identify and drives new solutions to bring to the customer, that will best serve needs.
• Conducts informational research on competitors and potential partners that are relevant to identify key trends and propose strategic opportunities for the brand and the business
• Contributes to the delivery of integrated solutions that address customer needs
• Assists with analysis of market and customer's business through competitive and portfolio performance analysis
• Assists in designing strategies, messaging and presentations for customers

• Comprehensive experience executing and delivering new, innovative solutions and thought leadership
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of MasterCard's core products, and services
• Demonstrated project management and execution skills with strong ability to manage deliverables and deadlines for multiple initiatives and teams
• Proven skills in relationship management and managing multiple stakeholders with professionalism and maturity
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
• Results driver, with flexible "can do" perspective and strong interest in serving our customers
• Deep knowledge of the card and payments industry, with particular emphasis on debit (consumer and small business) as well as other money movements solutions, including bill pay and remittances.

The account manager will be responsible for driving market share and revenue growth for Mastercard through effective consultative sales, requiring you to provide consistent thought leadership on Consumer and Small Business space. You will need to collaborate with colleagues across the Mastercard franchise to deliver bottom line results for our customer and Mastercard.
